In all cases, StashFlow's total liability cannot exceed the amount of sums possibly paid by the User for a paid subscription.

These Terms of Use are governed by French law and European Union law. In case of dispute, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over the dispute.
